We reconstruct the former military barracks into a guesthouse and it will extend the facilities of Camp Velo. The capacity of the accommodation will be approximately 30 people, including two rooms for guests with reduced mobility. The rooms will be equipped with sanitary facilities and small kitchens. The building will also include a large kitchen, a lounge area, a ping pong room and a small gymnasium. The guesthouse will open in 2026.

Energy saving – AREÁL VELO – S01 PENZION is co-financed by the European Union.
The project will involve the complete reconstruction of the currently unused building at Vratěnín 92, 671 07 Vratěnín, k.ú. Vratěnín [785580], where a guesthouse will be built. The project is aimed at combined energy savings in three main measures: 1) complete insulation of the building envelope, 2) installation of 2 heat pumps with bivalent source, 3) installation of a photovoltaic system with an output of 13.2 kWp.
The aim of the project is to reduce the energy consumption of the building by insulating the building envelope, replacing the window panes, installing 2 bivalent source heat pumps and installing a photovoltaic system, and the associated operating costs and emissions. The energy saving measures, which from the operator’s point of view will be the most efficient and economical in relation to long-term energy consumption, will be implemented in accordance with existing or forthcoming energy and environmental laws and binding regulations.
